BAZEKAMP is currently operating in a Private Beta phase. During this period, we are focused on testing and improving the user interface (UI), user experience (UX), and core platform functionality.

We are committed to handling user data responsibly, transparently, and securely. This statement explains what data we collect during Private Beta, how it is used, and what we do and do not do with it.

During the Private Beta phase, BAZEKAMP collects only the data necessary to:

When you create an account, we may collect:

• Profile information you choose to provide

B. User-Generated Content

C. Behavioural & Interaction Data

During Private Beta, we collect limited behavioural analytics strictly for product improvement purposes, including:

• How users compose and upload posts
• How users navigate the platform
• Interaction patterns (clicks, scroll behaviour, time spent)
• Messaging activity (volume and feature use, not content analysis)
• Engagement with creators and other users
• Feature usage (Feed, Inspire, Learn, Connect, Equip tabs)

We do not use this data for advertising or profiling purposes during Beta.

During the Private Beta phase:

• We do not sell user data
• We do not share user data with third parties
• We do not use behavioural data for advertising
• We do not provide data access to external partners

All collected data is used exclusively by BAZEKAMP's internal team and contracted developers for product development, testing, and platform improvement.

Your data is used to:

• Improve UI and UX design
• Fix bugs and technical issues
• Enhance performance and stability
• Understand feature adoption
• Develop future product iterations

Data collected during Beta is not used for commercial resale or external analytics services.

BAZEKAMP applies appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect user data during Private Beta. Data is stored in secure hosting environments with access restricted to authorised team members and approved development partners only.

We use role-based access controls, secure authentication protocols, and encryption where appropriate to protect data in transit and at rest.

Access to behavioural and user-generated data is limited strictly to product development and platform improvement purposes. We continuously review security practices as the platform evolves to ensure data remains protected against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

Data collected during Private Beta will be retained for as long as necessary to support product development, improve platform functionality, and maintain account continuity.

If you request account deletion during Beta, we will remove personal account data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
